JUSTLY Joins CEO Commission to Expand Equal Employment Rights for People with Disabilities
Paul Karrlsson-Willis announced today that JUSTLY has joined the CEO Commission for Disability Employment, making a commitment to take actionable steps in expanding equal employment rights for people with disabilities.
JUSTLY is FINRA-registered broker dealer with an equity crowdfunding platform that focuses on connecting private ESG companies seeking capital with investors around the world who want to make an impact.
The mission of the CEO Commission for Disability Employment is to raise awareness of the untapped potential of people with disabilities and work to ensure that people with disabilities achieve and maintain equal access to meaningful employment.
“As companies look at their bottom lines, including more people with disabilities not only makes business sense, but it also offers opportunities to a greater number of people” Kandi Pickard, President and CEO of NDSS
JUSTLY is one of 19 companies to join the commission. The CEO Commission for Disability Employment was founded by The National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS), Voya Financial, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2018 to be a source of research and information, actionable steps, and advocacy opportunities for member companies to recruit and onboard individuals with disabilities into their organizations.
“As JUSTLY continues to make an impact by enabling private ESG companies to find likeminded investors – we are excited to join CEO Commission’s mission to ensure that people with disabilities achieve and maintain equal access to meaningful employment” Paul Karrlsson-Willis, CEO of JUSTLY
As a member of the CEO Commission for Disability Employment, JUSTLY is committed to actively collaborating with the commission to develop best practices that promote diverse hiring strategies for the 21st century economy.
